How much do the arcades usually cost?
Games typically range from .50 cents to $3.00 on average.
Do you ever open earlier than 4:00pm?
Yes, most school holidays we will open at 12:00pm. Also, we open earlier for groups who meet minimum requirements, as well.
Do you serve food?
Yes, we have a full cafe that serves a variety of food and drinks.
Do you have gluten free options?
Yes! We offer a 10" gluten-free cheese pizza.
Do you offer group rates?
We do. We offer group rates for 50 or more. If you have a group of less than 50, please call for special pricing.
How long are the waivers good for?
Indefinitely.
Do the points or tickets expire?
No, they never expire until they are used.
Do you have lockers?
We have lockers. They are $5.00 for a small locker and $8.00 for a large locker.
Are there weight limits?
Skytrail and Rock Wall have weight limits of 300 pounds.
What happens if there is more than one birthday child in a party package?
An additional birthday child will be a $10 upcharge based off of the 10 kid participant count
Can we purchase cupcakes if we are not booking a party with you?
No. The only dessert available would be the cookies or novelty ice cream through the cafe.
Is it possible to buy the unlimited play bands ahead of time?
No. The cards are automatically loaded for 3 hours and will begin at the time of purchase.
Do you accept expired coupons?
No, unfortunately we cannot control when you receive the coupons. We are unable to accept any expired coupons.
Do toddlers and adults have to pay?
Anyone who wants to utilize the attractions will have to pay.
What is the admission fee?
There is no admission fee. You simply pay for what you'd like to play or do.
Do we need a reservation?
No. We always have open play during our regular hours.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes, we do offer 20% off at front counter purchases only.
What can we bring in for a birthday party?
You can bring in table clothes, cups, plates, napkins, and center pieces.
No Balloons.
Nothing taped or pinned to walls.
You may bring in an outside cake for the party room only.
We provide cups, plates, and napkins.
How tall does my child have to be to use the attractions, and what is the cost?

What type of payment do you take?
We accept cash and credit cards.
We do not take personal checks.
What time should I check in for my event?
You should arrive a half-hour before the event starts.
